Everyone I personally delt with was wonderful! Samantha, the manager was delightful and so caring- even offered to get me a drink while I waited! I have never had such amazing service in any US Cellular! I will definitely be coming back, and telling everyone I know to stop in! Give those girls a raise!
People were rude and not knowledgeable to their own phones or sales. I was very displeased by the management.
